Chicago natives Nicole and Aaron were married at the beautiful Weymouth Country Club. The ceremony was held outside on the country club grounds where family and friends watched the happy couple exchange vows and symbolized their unity with a sand ceremony. After some formal wedding portraits, guests went indoors to a beautiful ballroom aglow with purple uplighting. The bride and groom danced to "You're All I Need To Get By" and guests boogied the night away! Congratulations Nicole and Aaron! Sarah and Ben who met while in the OSU Marching Band were married this past Saturday, August 9th. The happy couple and their families chose to their wedding day portraits at our studio, prior to their Michaud's ceremony. Sarah chose to be comfortable on her wedding day by sporting TOM'S shoes that were hand painted with sunflowers by her sister. The sunflower theme continued in the bridesmaids bouquets and wedding decor. Ceremony and reception were both held at Michaud's Town 'N' Country in Strongsville. The ceremony ended with a Jewish tradition of Ben "breaking a glass" to honor his faith. Sarah and Ben danced to "Stolen" by Dashboard Confessional and guessed had fun in the photo booth. Lindsay & Wayne who met back in 2008 were married on a lovely August afternoon. The couple chose to get all of their wedding day portraits done prior to the ceremony, so the day started with preparations at our studio. Lindsay made all of the bouquets out of paper and hers included pages from her favorite book "Pride and Prejudice." Her gorgeous engagement ring and wedding band were both family heirlooms. In keeping with the casual & fun vibe of this outdoor wedding, the bridal party all wore Converse. No aching feet at the end of the night! The ceremony was held at Valley View Woods Park and the reception took place at the bride and groom's home. Prior to getting the festivities started, Lindsay and Wayne planted a Sycamore tree in honor of their big day. Guests dined on BBQ & cupcakes and partied under the stars. It was a lovely July afternoon for Jennifer & Michael's wedding. Friends and family gathered at North Olmsted Evangelical Friends Church where the couple said their "I Do's!" After the nuptials everyone in attendance celebrated with a group shot outside of the church. The bridal party traveled back to our studio for some formal studio portraits and fun outdoor wedding portraits that showed off the bold wedding colors and colorful daisy bouquets. Adorable couple Rachael and Brian who recently did an fun country/equine style engagement session were married this past weekend. Rachael and the girls chose to get dressed and do preparation pictures at our studio where the country theme continued with cowboy boots for all the girls. After a traditional Catholic ceremony at St. Albert the Great the full bridal party returned to the studio for some fun wedding portraits then they headed downtown to the West Bank of The Flats for a few fun pictures under one of the many old railroad bridges. The bride & groom's country style carried through to the reception at Pazzo's Grand Ballroom where tables were decorated with mason jar glasses and sunflowers that Rachael's Grandmother grew. After dinner, Rachael & Brian danced to "God Gave Me You" by Blake Shelton for their first dance. Guests took fun group shots complete with big hats and sunglasses and Si Robertson even made a guest appearance! ;) Great party! Congratulations Rachael & Brian! High school sweethearts Brittany and Andy were married on a lovely July afternoon. The nuptials were held at St. Sava Serbian Orthodox Church, the church Brittany's Grandfather helped to build. After the ceremony the couple headed back to where it all began (Normandy High School) for a few quick pictures then it was on to our studio for some fun and formal portraits with the rest of the bridal party. The reception was held at Carrie Cerino's, the location of Brittany & Andy's 6 month anniversary. The ballroom was decorated with purple and silver, along with a monogram that hung above the head table that Brittany's Dad made! Andy was also surprised with a groom's cake that showed their love for Ohio State and the Cleveland Indians. Guests danced the night away to music provided by TKO Entertainment. Native Clevelanders Kristina and Michael currently reside in Tampa Florida but came back home to tie the knot. Kristina's got ready for the big day at a relatives home, where she donned a beautiful lace dress and rhinestone encrusted heels that she did herself! St. Paul Croatian Church in Cleveland was filled with family and friends as the couple said their "I Do's." Afterwards the bridal party traveled back to our photography studio for some fun wedding day portraits, complete with an ode to our newest Cleveland Browns player Johnny (Football) Manziel! Everyone then continued celebrating the happy occasion at the American-Croatian Lodge with a few teary-eyed toasts, lots of great food and fabulous music. Congratulations Kristina and Michael! Allison and Jonathan who met through a mutual friend, were married on a lovely spring day. Allison and her bridesmaids spent a relaxing morning on our deck drinking mimosas and eating a light breakfast before it was time for hair, makeup and pre-bridal portraits. A1 Limousine provided the transportation for the big day and ushered the ladies off to the Old Oak Bible Church for a late afternoon candlelit ceremony. The happy couple chose to do a "Sand Ceremony" to signify their unity. Once the "I Do's" were said, the bridal party and family members returned to our studio for some formal wedding day portraits. The Aspen Room at the Holiday Inn in Strongsville was aglow with a bright blue uplighting to coordinate with the bride and grooms wedding day colors. Everyone partied and danced the night away. Yesterday evening we had the honor of participating in the St. Michael's Woodside Bridal Open House. Brides and their friends and family were invited for a food tasting and tour of the lovely facility. Catering by Verba’s has served St. Michael's Woodside for over 20 years. Guests enjoyed Mango BBQ Meatballs, Bourbon Pecan Chicken Tenders, Kielbasi & Kraut Sliders and a Potato "Martini" Bar. Pete from Troy Entertainment was on hand to provide music and a photobooth. Guests even got to sample a wedding cake made by Susan's Sugar & Spice. Special thanks to Mary Jane Lucak for inviting us!
Busy doctors Tracy & Jonathan tied the knot on a warm summer day in July. Preparations for the big day took place at the Ritz Carlton in downtown Cleveland where the couple also chose to have their "first look" along with some fun pictures smooching in the hotel elevator. We then headed to our photography studio in North Royalton for some formal wedding portraits and a few fun shots in our outdoor gardens. Tracy and Jonathan went with classic black & white colors for their wedding and chose stunning all red roses by Mary Huerner for the bouquets and floral decor. They tied the knot at the historic Tallmadge Church on the Circle and chose the luxurious and sophisticated Westwood Country Club for their reception venue. The 4-tiered wedding cake was made by Wild Flour Bakery and entertainment was provided by Cipriano Productions.
